Ned Miller is a Senior Adviser with MZ Bierly Consulting and the founder of Third Act Sales Consulting, a consulting firm that helps bankers acquire and develop relationships with business customers and helps bank sales leaders develop and coach their teams to improved sales results.

Before entering consulting, Ned was a relationship manager and team leader at Citibank and at the Philadelphia National Bank. He also spent 10 years at RMA where he developed conferences and training programs on small business, real estate, workouts and private banking.

Ned is a frequent speaker at banking conferences and has published numerous articles in banking publications on sales and sales management.

Kevin McNamara has over 16 years of banking experience and over 7 as a business owner. Kevin has a wealth of knowledge in sales leadership, business ownership and executive banking. Prior to his role at PrecisionLender he served as President of Vertical IQ, a firm dedicated to supporting bankers sales efforts through enhanced industry knowledge. He served in a variety of executive banking leadership and sales roles at RBC Bank USA (formerly RBC Centura) in North Carolina, Florida, Alabama, and Virginia. Kevin obtained both his B.S. in Finance and MBA in Business Finance from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia where he also played basketball and baseball.
