Carl Ryden has deployed pricing management solutions in hundreds of financial institutions, ranging from banks that span the globe to those that serve local communities. Carl initially developed PrecisionLender’s pricing system and is now primarily focused on providing strategic consulting to PrecisionLender clients and charting the course for the Company’s efforts in artificial intelligence. Carl previously worked as a consultant at Bain & Company and as a Principal for a venture capital company. Carl holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from MIT and a BS in Electrical Engineering from NC State University.
Ken has facilitated PrecisionLender’s growth since inception. He was previously a partner at a venture capital company and has successfully steered several companies through periods of high growth, including the founding and IPO (NYSE) of a services company. Ken received his JD from the University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University.
Katharine leads domestic and international client sales and success activities at PrecisionLender. Her teams are responsible for: partnering with banks to design winning solutions, leading successful implementations with a speed to ROI, and delivering increasing and measurable value through ongoing client engagement. Prior to joining PrecisionLender, Katharine led the lending operations for a Blackstone specialty finance company. Katharine has also held leadership roles with BlackRock’s Financial Markets Advisory group, with an NYSE REIT, and began her banking career as a CRE RM. Katharine graduated from Washington & Lee University with a BS in Finance and Accounting.
Greg leads product development, data science, and support for PrecisionLender. Prior to PrecisionLender, Greg was Chief Product Officer at The Gordian Group (NASDAQ: FTV), a leading provider of construction software, data and services to major enterprises. Previously, he was COO at Tree.com (NASDAQ: Tree) where he managed the non-mortgage verticals through high growth development. Greg received a BA in Physics from Middlebury College and Dual Masters of Architecture and Structural Engineering from the University of Michigan.
Dallas leads PrecisionLender’s strategic innovation. Prior to PrecisionLender, Dallas held executive positions at two US banks. Dallas graduated as a Danforth Scholar from Washington University with a BSBA in Finance and is also a graduate of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University.
Gianluigi leads our EMEA activities. Before joining PrecisionLender, he spent 10+ years helping financial institutions to boost their top line growth through analytics and tools while at McKinsey and Simon-Kucher & Partners. Gigi, as everyone calls him, graduated from Politecnico di Milano with a MS in Management Engineering.
Greg Demas leads the client sales and success of the Community and Regional Banking Segments at PrecisionLender. Greg joined PrecisionLender in October 2018 after being a client and member of its Client Advisory Board (CAB) since 2014. Prior to PrecisionLender, Greg was Director of Transformation at Popular Bank, a $10B bank with operations in New York City and Miami. At Popular, Greg led all aspects of Commercial and Retail Transformation, including pricing and profitability management, digital innovation and branch transformation. Greg has also held roles in technology and finance for JPMorgan’s Corporate & Investment Bank. He holds a BA in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and lives with his wife, Amy, in Austin.
Tim is SVP/Head of Enterprise Solutions for the Americas for PrecisionLender. His team develops partnerships with banks >$50Bn in assets, onboards them onto our platform, and owns those relationships into perpetuity to ensure its ongoing successful use. Prior to joining PrecisionLender, Tim had a long career in commercial banking at Citizens Bank (NYSE: CFG) and Bank of Montreal (NYSE: BMO). A current and lifelong resident of the Chicago area, Tim received his B.S. in Economics from Northwestern University where he received Summa cum Laude honors.
