Carl Ryden
CEO, Cofounder

Carl Ryden has deployed pricing management solutions in hundreds of financial institutions, ranging from banks that span the globe to those that serve local communities. Carl initially developed PrecisionLender’s pricing system and is now primarily focused on providing strategic consulting to PrecisionLender clients and charting the course for the Company’s efforts in artificial intelligence. Carl previously worked as a consultant at Bain & Company and as a Principal for a venture capital company. Carl holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering from MIT and a BS in Electrical Engineering from NC State University.

Ken Garcia
President, Cofounder

Ken has facilitated PrecisionLender’s growth since inception. He was previously a partner at a venture capital company and has successfully steered several companies through periods of high growth, including the founding and IPO (NYSE) of a services company. Ken received his JD from the University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University.

Katharine Briggs
EVP, Client Development & Success

Katharine leads domestic and international client sales and success activities at PrecisionLender. Her teams are responsible for: partnering with banks to design winning solutions, leading successful implementations with a speed to ROI, and delivering increasing and measurable value through ongoing client engagement. Prior to joining PrecisionLender, Katharine led the lending operations for a Blackstone specialty finance company. Katharine has also held leadership roles with BlackRock’s Financial Markets Advisory group, with an NYSE REIT, and began her banking career as a CRE RM. Katharine graduated from Washington & Lee University with a BS in Finance and Accounting.

Greg Hanson
Chief Product Officer

Greg leads product development, data science, and support for PrecisionLender. Prior to PrecisionLender, Greg was Chief Product Officer at The Gordian Group (NASDAQ: FTV), a leading provider of construction software, data and services to major enterprises. Previously, he was COO at Tree.com (NASDAQ: Tree) where he managed the non-mortgage verticals through high growth development. Greg received a BA in Physics from Middlebury College and Dual Masters of Architecture and Structural Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Catherine Harrell
EVP, Marketing

Catherine is responsible for category design, building brand awareness, and increasing engagement and demand for our solutions through integrated, multi-channel marketing programs for prospects, partners, current clients and employees. Prior to PrecisionLender Catherine was VP of Marketing at Citrix ShareFile and Intuit. Catherine holds an MBA from Duke University, and a BA from UNC-Chapel Hill.

Chris Nelms
EVP, Trust & Security

Chris is responsible for managing Information Security, Risk Management and partnering with our clients to build trust through due diligence and continuous monitoring. Prior to PrecisionLender, Chris was the VP of IT & Information Security Officer for Mid Penn Bank in Millersburg PA. He holds a degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix and has CISSP, CISM, C|CISO CRVPM, and SEC+ certifications.

Meg Sadak
EVP, Talent

Meg leads the talent team for PrecisionLender. She is responsible for designing and executing a talent strategy to support the overall company objectives as well as scaling the award winning culture as the organization continues to grow. Prior to joining PrecisionLender she was part of talent leadership at Avidxchange. She brings over 20 years of experience in talent, holds a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification and has a BS in Marketing and Management from Siena College.

Dallas Wells
EVP, Strategic Innovation

Dallas leads PrecisionLender’s strategic innovation. Prior to PrecisionLender, Dallas held executive positions at two US banks. Dallas graduated as a Danforth Scholar from Washington University with a BSBA in Finance and is also a graduate of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University.

Gigi Salatiello
EMEA Leader

Gianluigi leads our EMEA activities. Before joining PrecisionLender, he spent 10+ years helping financial institutions to boost their top line growth through analytics and tools while at McKinsey and Simon-Kucher & Partners. Gigi, as everyone calls him, graduated from Politecnico di Milano with a MS in Management Engineering.

Paul McCann
Australia Leader

Paul leads our Asia Pacific sales and success activities at PrecisionLender. Before joining PrecisionLender, he led GE Capital’s Corporate Finance division as Managing Director for Australia & NZ. Paul is a Chartered Accountant and has more than 20 years hands on Banking experience both domestically and globally.

Greg Upham
CFO

Greg leads the finance function and the Client Shared Services team at PrecisionLender. He has overseen the onboarding of over 100 clients since inception. His background includes senior leadership roles in several private and public high growth companies. He holds a BBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Houston.

Mitchell Epstein
Co-Founder, PrecisionLender

Mitchell has more than 25 years of experience working with institutions of all sizes creating strategies and tools that increase net interest margin and pioneered the development and effective use of loan pricing software. A former commercial bank examiner for the Federal Reserve System, Mitchell is recognized nationally for his success at improving net interest margins by focusing on effective pricing of assets and liabilities and developing profitable growth strategies while managing interest rate risk. A frequent speaker at conferences and seminars, he has shared his knowledge and insight with financial executives across the country. Mitchell received his MBA and his BS in Business Administration from the University of Florida.

Chris Lalonde
Managing Director, Century Equity Partners

Chris Lalonde joined Century Equity Partners in 2002. He has more than 20 years’ experience in various financial operating roles and private equity investing. Prior to joining Century, he was an Analyst with Lucent Venture Partners and is a graduate of Lucent Technologies’ Financial Leadership Development Program. There he focused on mergers and acquisitions and held various other corporate finance positions both domestically and internationally. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of Lender Performance Group, LLC, Santa Rosa Holdings, LLC Flores & Associates, LLC and PatientMatters Holdings, LLC. He had previously served as a Board Member of Thompson Insurance Enterprises, LLC and Digital Risk, LLC. He earned a BA in Economics from Boston College and a Masters in Accounting, Entrepreneurial Finance and Strategic Cost Management from Babson College.

Chris Hester
Director, WellSky

Chris Hester founded Kinnser Software in 2003. Over his 13 years as CEO, the business grew to be the leading provider of software for Home Health and Hospice. In 2017, Kinnser Software merged with WellSky, the leader in post acute and community software solutions. In addition to serving on the board of Precision Lender, Chris currently serves on the board of WellSky, Bypass Mobile, and Veriforce.

Justin LaFayette
Managing Partner, Georgian Partners

Justin is a co-founder and Managing Partner at Georgian Partners. He has led investments in 41stParameter, iParadigms, Kinnser Software, Kony, Polar, Shopify, Signpost, Silanis, Syncsort, Tealiumand TopHat. Prior to Georgian Partners Justin held executive roles at IBM Software Group following the successful exit of the software company he co-founded, DWL.

Richard Wells
Managing Director, Insight Venture Partners

Richard Wells has over 19 years of experience in investing and advising managers of high growth software and Internet companies. At Insight he focuses on investments in infrastructure software and SaaS companies. He currently serves on the boards of BMC, CentralReach, Checkmarx, Jama Software, PrecisionLender, Sonarsource, and Tenable (NASDAQ: TENB). He is also active with the Sparefoot board. Richard joined Insight in 2005 from Technology Crossover Ventures (TCV), where he was an investment professional with a focus on software, online media, and e-commerce. Richard received a BS from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania (Phi Beta Kappa, summa cum laude) and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He grew up in Southern California and resides in Manhattan with his wife, son, and daughter. Thanks to his father's New England roots, Richard is an avid Boston Red Sox fan and is already having a lot of fun passing this along to his children.
